Pass the fear and get success

                     Watch The Fear Index Online | Stream Season 1 Now | Stan
Most “fear” is derived from lack of knowledge (the unknown) – even the fear of success.
When confronted with the complexities of having a large group of people depending on you to lead them on the road to success can be quite fearful to someone who has never done anything like that before.

 The beauty of the SFI and TripleClicks business is that it takes time to build a really good financial income. It is during this “time” the affiliate will gradually be increasing and acquiring the knowledge in business building procedures. Each time a person preforms a small step towards overcoming a fear – taking that small step is no longer fearful.

Taking one step at a time decreases the fear factor that much more. That is why it is so important not to overwhelm a new affiliate with too much information. A mouth is only so big – you can stuff too much food in it so that chewing and swallowing it are impossible. So don’t feed an affiliate to much at a time; with many small bites a huge amount of food can be digested.
 The only way you are going to know if a person is “fearful” of success is if they tell you that. Do not assume that someone is fearful because they don’t commit to the business as strongly as you are doing.

 There are many reasons that people hold back on further activities and “fear” has nothing to do with it. The fear you are looking at may be - the person just don’t know what to do next and is afraid to ask for help. The fear you are looking at may be - a time of great financial difficulty and they don’t want to be telling anyone how rough of a time they are having. The fear you are looking at may be - nothing more than a language barrier and they can’t explain what the problem is because of incorrect interpretation.

 As a team leader we should never try to get “past” the situation. Find a way to work with those who you believe have these fears you may be surprised to find out that with the proper help your fearful affiliate may be one who can take down Goliath.

Work on rebuilding your self-confidence.

 One thing is certain that mature business can certainly boost growth. One can adopt an entrepreneurial mindset that capitalizes on new growth opportunities. Following key points are noteworthy.
Leader Morale: Keep in mind that, if you're a leader, your team’s morale starts with you. It's up to you to be a good role model for your team. If your own morale is suffering, then it's vital that you work on rebuilding your own outlook and attitude first. Start by identifying why your own morale is low, and then come up with ways to adjust your mental attitude.

Often, this starts with action. For instance, perhaps your morale is down because of some sad incident in the family, or your income level has gone down for any reason. You can make yourself feel more positive and in control of the situation by getting organized, and by achieving measurable goals that will put you at ease. Work on rebuilding your self-confidence.
Remember, your team is always watching you: if you're feeling positive and confident, they will too. Some eager zebra game wins or auctions will also help build confidence – for you, and also your team with your beaming confidence.

Team Morale: If your team's morale needs rebuilding, there are several strategies that you can use. However, just as you did with your own morale, you need to start by understanding the problem. This helps you choose strategies that best fit your situation, which may include:

1. Reconnecting With Your Team;
Morale is higher in situations where team members feel close to their leaders.
You can create this type of environment by developing good relationships with your team, and by reconnecting whenever possible. With regular contact and communication, you can re-establish trust and rapport with your team. It also helps to develop your emotional intelligence: the better you can sense the emotions and needs of those around you, the better you will be as a leader.
Keep in mind that lack of appreciation is often cited as one of the root causes of low morale. So, do whatever you can to show your people that you appreciate them. Reward by saying "thank you" for a job well done, or by offering benefits such as extra days off, or flexible scheduling when key goals are met.
You'll also want to give everyone regular feedback on their work.

2. Developing Your Team;
Another way of improving morale is by helping people develop their skills. So make sure that you're offering your people opportunities for learning and development, as a way of helping them feel more secure and committed to the organization.
You can do this by understanding their developmental needs, and by using Training to make sure that everyone is properly trained. Cross-Training is another great way of building morale, and improving productivity, just as long as you explain why you're doing it.

3. Improving Communication;
Poor communication can be another common root cause of low morale.
Identify ways that you can keep your team in the loop. Always send a weekly email with important updates, or devote a few minutes in your regular meetings to keeping people up to speed with what's going on. Communicate fully with your team, and explain how any changes or decisions will affect them. Remember, the flow of information should go both ways. Encourage your team to come to you any time they have questions or concerns. Listen actively to what they have to say, and respond in a timely manner to problems or suggestions.

4. Setting Measurable Goals;
Morale can fall when your people are unclear about what they should be doing, or what your expectations are. This lack of direction is disheartening, and disorienting. Understanding these gives members of your team a clear and (hopefully) inspiring view of what you expect.

5. Keeping People Motivated;
Once you've rebuilt morale, it's important to keep people motivated so that the team can reach its objectives. Regularly look for signs of low-morale, and revisit the strategies above when necessary. Team morale can suffer for many reasons, poor leadership, poor communication, or not-so-serious workers. If you suspect that your team's morale is not what it should be, there are several strategies that you can use to rebuild it. First, focus on your own morale. Then identify why team morale is low, and choose appropriate strategies for rebuilding it

The oak tree doesn't stop when it reaches 40 feet high.

Trees don't think about the height they want to become; they simply "reach for the sky" and grow as high as they can.
This is the same attitude you should adopt in SFI.
RankJust as every tree starts out as a seed, everyone who joins SFI starts out as a basic affiliate. You can, of course, always remain a basic affiliate if you wish. But with so many more benefits available to you, you should strive to go as high as you can.
These benefits include access to the best "power tools," the best perks, and of course, the highest payouts.
With just 1,500 VersaPoints (VP), you attain the "executive level" of SFI. As an Executive Affiliate, you gain access to some of SFI's most powerful businessbuilding tools. And instead of being able to earn income in just two ways, you can earn income SIX WAYS (see a complete listing of the compensation and other benefits HERE).
In short, if you're serious about building a successful business with SFI, you're going to want to achieve AT LEAST 1,500 points every month so you can enjoy the numerous executive benefits.
But just like an oak tree would never stop at ten feet, don't YOU stop at 1,500 points.
With just 1,500 more VP (3,000 qualified points total), you'll acquire the prestigious title and benefits of an SFI Bronze Team Leader.
As a Bronze Team Leader, not only will bigger and better perks and power tools be yours, you'll also now be qualified to earn MATCHING VersaPoints!
Matching VP are the most coveted piece of the SFI compensation plan because they allow you to tap into the amazing power of Leveraged Income and exponential growth. Indeed, Matching VP can take your income to a whole new level by allowing you to earn "override commissions" from the TripleClicks Executive Pool on the actions of every EA2 in your downline (up to six levels deep) and on all your co-sponsored affiliates, too!
Think about that. On all affiliates in your group, within six levels downline, you can be earning matching points every time they log in at the Affiliate Center, every time they buy or sell an SFI product, every time they send out a newsletter, refer an ECA, do a product review, and much more!
Over time, the levels on which you can earn matching VP can grow to contain hundreds or even thousands of affiliates that you can earn on! And there is no limit to how many matching points you can earn each month.
Learn more about Matching VersaPoints HERE.
Sounds good, right? But, again, don't stop at 3,000 VP (Bronze Team Leader).
For just 4,000 qualified points, you'll grab the title of Silver Team Leader and increase the number of levels you can earn matching VP on to 8 levels! Moving up to 5,000 qualified points makes you a Gold Team Leader and increases your matches to 10 levels. And 6,000 qualified points sets you at the very top rank in SFI...Platinum Team Leader...and allows you to earn matching points on a whopping 12 levels below you!
So that's it, right? 6,000 points a month should be your ultimate goal then, right? Wrong! The oak tree doesn't stop when it reaches 40 feet high. Be like the tree and go as high as you can!
The more points you tally, the higher your Power Rank can go.
Check out the VersaPoints Leaderboard to see your position among SFI Leaders.

Creating your Logo

A logo is a graphic, a symbol of other design, used to express the identity of a business. Unless you are a graphic designer, or can afford to hire one, this may not come so easy. But, not to worry. A photo or a simple drawing can be used as well, if it is your original creation and does not copy the work of others and conveys your identity. For independent entrepreneurs, a photo or drawing (which can easily be made from a photo) of yourself is often used. Take a photo of yourself in a situation that demonstrates your strong qualities. If you then put a caption on the photo to express your qualities in some artful way, you will be good to go. If you do not feel that a photo of you truly expresses your best qualities (and many people feel that way), an original photo of some animal or natural object may serve even better. (For example, if you want to convey strength, a photo of a large powerful animal would work. If you want to convey speed and loftiness, a photo of a flying bird might work.) The important thing is that your logo convey what you want it to convey--your attractive qualities that will appeal to your target audience.

There are many free or very inexpensive Websites that can help you create your own logo. Just Google the phrase "free logo creator" and you will find several.
 There are also several graphic software programs available, many for free. The important thing to remember is that you do not just want "a professional looking logo," you want a logo that professionally and dramatically conveys your unique qualities. The free sites and software often use stock graphics that are in the public domain. They may or may not have one that works best for you. Do not settle for something just because it looks professional. If it looks professional for anyone who might use it, it may be too generic to convey your uniqueness. Slight modifications or the addition of your unique slogan, however, may do the trick.
